Warranty Policy Overview

Oxdog products are designed and tested to deliver top-level performance in both floorball and padel. Our warranty safeguards against material and manufacturing defects that may occur during initial or normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or incidents unrelated to material or manufacturing defects — such as accidental impact or improper handling.

Floorball – Warranty Guidelines

Our product warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that may occur after a short period of use.

Regulations set by the International Floorball Federation (IFF) require shafts to break at a specific level of strength or impact for safety reasons — for example, if the shaft gets caught between the legs, it should give way rather than cause injury.

A breakage is not considered a material or manufacturing defect if:

The stick has hit another stick when shooting or passing

The stick has hit the goal post

The stick has been stepped on

The stick got stuck between the legs

The stick has been used multiple times

Typical defects covered by warranty include unexpected breakage caused by material or production faults during normal play.

Padel – Warranty Guidelines

The product warranty safeguards against material and manufacturing defects, primarily arising during initial usage.

Typical material or manufacturing defects include:

The racket breaks in the frame during play

The racket breaks near the heart during play

Early cracking on the hitting area of the racket

It is not considered a material or manufacturing defect if:

The racket has hit the floor or glass

The racket has collided with another racket

The racket has seen frequent or prolonged use
